I have heard you are making email links to mentors from your webpage.

If this is so, please remove these.

The contacts are to be made in WebCT. That way we can monitor student
engagement, posts will be organised, and there is an assurance of
confidentiality. There is also a singularity of communication form.
The mentors expect this, and students will be required to follow the
expectation.

If you do have plans for the mentor program, see me before you
implement any ideas.
