Dear ACU Student,

Do you have a toolbar in your Browser that may be blocking popup's
eg Google Toolbar?

There are many other toolbars that can also block Popups.

If this does not help then try downloading a copy of Fire Fox and using that with Balckboard.

Aslo run the Browser Check to make sure your browser and Java are configured correctly.
